Saturday was Grandparent’s Day here in India. Apparently this is a big day, as they made us all get up early to go to school at 8am on the weekend. Eliyas’ role in the school performance was pretty small, but we had to put the video up on YouTube just for the culture factor – and so you can see the environment our kids try to learn English in! :-]
Update: Yes, those are apparently English lyrics you’re hearing. In case you’re still trying to figure it out, the song starts with “Hooray, Hooray, it’s grandparent’s day…”
Hello! We are the Brays. And we love Muslims.
wow… Eliyas is getting tall… and in that T-shirt and Jeans outfit he’s looking more and more like you Dan! Sad i wont get to see you guys in a few weeks in Chiang Mai… hope you’re settling back into India well! blessings…!
Eliyas! Great job, you really are growing and looking more and more handsome. We are praying for you.
Asia! We’ll look forward to some video of you soon. We are also praying for God to send you just the right friends.
Dan and Jen! May God lead you to just the right place to live. If you turn off the sound and watch Eliyas’ class, it looks rather like a Pentecostal worship service. Always glad to see hands raised and waving. How Fun!
